The submission process is the same as past 3 seasons:
1) Send a Hi Res photo (Tiff or JPEG 300 dpi, approx 3.5 or more MB) of a Signature Plated Dessert.
2) Send the recipe for the dessert including all components with MOPs and Final Assembly.
3) Make sure to include: Chef Name, Restaurant or Business, mailing address, phone number and email.
4) Application deadline is October 31st, 2014.
5) Chefs must be available to travel to Chicago and be available for filming on set March 14-16th.
6) All applications are reviewed for accuracy, names removed and the CRPC committee will rank best photo and dessert recipe.
7) Scores are averaged and top 4 are Chef Finalists invited to the competition. 5th and 6th scores are alternates.
